AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier manufactures and processes car freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners, bicycles, and related products, with eight production lines and stated annual chest-freezer output of 165,000 sets. It offers sample-based, flexible, and full customization, as well as ODM and OEM services, but is not identified as a professional technical supplier, does not provide 3D software design services, has no available SDK, and reported no new products in the past year. Quality assurance is stated to exist, while traceability is absent and several procedures lack written records. The supplier has two quality inspectors, exports to a broad range of markets, and reports one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. No overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, or branches are available. Financial records are indicated for 2021–2023, but their quality or performance is not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier explicitly states that it is not a professional technical supplier. Its business scope centers on production, processing, and assembly of household appliances, car freezers, bicycles, solar equipment, and related products.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reported no new products in the past year, no available SDK, and no 3D software design service. It does provide ODM services, but the available evidence does not demonstrate strong recent product or technical innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier operates eight production lines and reports annual chest-freezer output of 165,000 sets, with two quality inspectors and broad export-market coverage. Lead times are stated as one month in peak and off-season conditions, while another record states off-peak delivery within 15 working days, creating a lead-time inconsistency.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, flexible customization, and full customization. It also provides ODM services and OEM services for popular brands, supporting a broad customization and contract-manufacturing capability.
