Compared with pure PA66, the tensile strength, flexural modulus and creep resistance of glass fiber modification have increased by more than 50 percent
PA66 GF35 maintain excellent mechanical properties in high temperature environments above 100 degrees Celsius ,PA66 GF50 operate for heavy load at 130 degrees Celsius
We offer various glass fiber (GF) content levels and provide customization services to reduce wear, enhance impact toughness, or incorporate flame retardants.

AI-Powered supplier vetting
SummaryThe supplier is identified as a professional technical supplier offering broad plastic-material modification and customization services. It reports production capacity of 2,000 tons each for Nylon, POM, TPU, and ABS, and export sales representing 71%–90% of total sales. Customization is supported from samples, customer designs, and full or minor requirements, with ODM and OEM services available. However, the supplier does not provide 3D software design services or SDKs, reported no new products in the past year, and has only one R&D engineer. Evidence is insufficient for certification holding, financial credibility, and customer cases. Service and quality-system controls show weaknesses or incomplete documentation, including no written complaint, supplier-assessment, corrective-action, or approved-supplier-list procedures, and zero reported quality-control test equipment.
Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a professional technical supplier. Its stated scope covers modified plastic materials, plastic products, molds, chemical products, hardware, electrical and machinery equipment, and composite-related products, indicating a technical manufacturing and supply business rather than a pure trading profile.
After-Sales capabilityThe supplier accepts multiple service quotation and payment terms and reports lead times of within 15 workdays to one month in both off-season and peak season. However, it has no written complaint-handling procedures or records, no written service-capability assessment or corrective-action procedures, and its overseas-service-country count is stated as zero, so structured after-sales capability is not demonstrated.
R&D capabilityThe supplier has one R&D engineer responsible for new-product R&D and offers ODM services, but it has no available SDK, does not provide 3D software design services, and reported no new products during the past year. These explicit limitations outweigh the limited evidence of R&D and ODM capability.
Production capacityReported annual productivity is 2,000 tons each for Nylon, POM, TPU, and ABS, and the business scope includes plastic manufacturing and related materials. Nevertheless, the supplier reports zero quality-control test equipment and unknown quality-assurance and traceability status, so production volume is evidenced but production-control maturity is deficient.
Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples and designs, full and minor customization, and flexible customization. It also states that materials and colors can be customized and offers ODM services, providing strong direct evidence of broad customization capability.
Product Q&A
Q:In the PA66 GF formulation, how can the contradiction between "high strength" and "high flow" be balanced through interface modifiers?
A:
For PA66 with a high glass fiber content (such as GF30-50%), high fluidity and interfacial bonding force often restrict each other. Although conventional coupling agents (such as KH-550) can enhance strength, they will cause a sharp drop in the melt index (MFI) due to excessive crosslinking. Our solution is to use end-capped hyperbranched polymers as rheological modifiers and to co-compound a new type of epoxy-based agent. This system not only reduces the helical flow length thro
Q:For PA66 GF30 products that have been in service at temperatures above 120 degrees Celsiusfor a long time, is the simple addition of heat stabilizers sufficient to deal with "thermal oxidative aging
A:
Relying solely on the copper salt (CuI/KI) thermal stabilization system can only provide initial antioxidant properties. During the long-term thermal aging (LTHA) at 120-150 degrees Celsius , the amide groups at the end of the PA66 chain undergo secondary cross-linking reactions, which is the main cause of the material's elongation reaching zero (embrittlement). We suggest adopting a binary synergistic antioxidant system: that is, a combination of copper salts and diamine stabilizers.
Q:Why might your company's 15% GF PA66 material be superior to other similar products in terms of stiffness and impact resistance?
A:
This is precisely the core value of our material modification. Although standard 15% GF PA66 has good rigidity, it is usually rather brittle. Our strength lies in the fact that through specific toughening modification systems (such as the Impact Modified formula), the impact resistance of the material is significantly enhanced while maintaining high rigidity
Q:How do the moisture absorption and dimensional stability change after adding glass fiber to PA66?
A:
Significant reduction in shrinkage rate (absolute value) :
The molding shrinkage rate of pure PA66 is usually between 1.5% and 2.5%.
The flow direction (MD) shrinkage rate of PA66 GF30 can be as low as 0.1% to 0.3%, and the vertical direction (TD) is approximately 0.6% to 1.0%. This means that the absolute dimensional tolerance of the product is easier to control within a higher precision such as about 0.05mm
