It consists primarily of the main unit lifting system, the spindle grinding system, and the conveyor belt drive system.
The lifting system uses a cylinder as the lifting guide surface; the tight clearance ensures a smooth fit, eliminating the slight vibrations that are unavoidable in other models during operation.
The grinding system employs a long spline drive with a long key-connected guide structure, ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable spindle operation.
The conveyor belt drive system uses a variable frequency drive for stepless speed control, enabling flexible and smooth operation.
The machine offers excellent performance and is the preferred equipment for cutting stone slabs to a consistent thickness and achieving a flat surface.
Independent crossbeams (2 heads) do not interfere with one another during processing, ensuring excellent surface flatness of the processed slabs, with a flatness tolerance of 10 threads.
Over 80% of the electrical control system consists of Siemens components, and the machine bears the exclusive Siemens brand authorization from Germany.
The conveyor belt speed can reach 3 m/min.
The daily output for 2.5 cm thick, 800 mm wide slabs can reach approximately 700 square meters.
