Q:What is your MOQ for aluminum collapsible packaging tubes?
A:
Our standard MOQ is 30,000 pcs per design. However, for customers with multiple SKUs, we can also accept 10,000 pcs per design to help consolidate their orders.
Q:This is our first time working with aluminum tubes. What is the process if we place an order with you?
A:
The ordering process is simple: We provide a quotation based on your tube requirements (diameter, length/volume, cap type). If you're not sure about the size, you may refer to our volume chart. We send free stock samples for evaluation or to test the stability of the inner lacquer. We produce customized samples after receiving your artwork. Once the customized samples are approved, we will proceed with the mass production process.
Q:Can we get aluminum tube samples from you? Do you charge for samples?
A:
Stock samples are always free. For customized samples with your artwork, a mold fee will be required. Customized samples typically take about 7 days to produce and send out.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
Typically, we require 30% deposit before production and 70% balance by T/T before shipment. For long-term customers with good credit, terms can be negotiable.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
Our standard lead time is 15-20 days. This may be shorter during the off-season and slightly longer during peak production seasons. Rest assured, we always try our best to prioritize and support urgent orders.
