Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our factory located in Shengze, Wujiang of Jiangsu province, China. We can arrange meetings for visits if you plan to come.

Q:How do you provide samples?

We offer free samples for less than one piece. For more than one piece, freight is collect, but the cost will be deducted in future orders. Samples are usually sent out in two days.

Q:What is the MOQ?

For most styles, the MOQ is 200 pieces per color per style. Some styles may require higher or lower MOQ.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Sampling takes 7-10 working days. International delivery takes 4-7 days, totaling about half a month. Bulk lead time is about 30-50 days depending on the item and quantity, but can be flexible for urgent orders.
