Architectural Scale Model Making with Lighting Effect (JW-239)

We require a fairly comprehensive set of drawings including a site plan with levels, elevations, and site photographs. For display models, we need as many images, drawings, or 3D views as possible. Rough costs can be supplied from minimal information at early stages.

We need an accurate site plan showing boundaries, plans showing levels, plans/elevations/sections of all buildings, landscaping plans, aerial or ground photos, and references for colors of road treatments, paviours, brick/cladding materials, roof finishes, balcony colors, and window frames.

We need floorplans, elevations, site plan (CAD format, PDF accepted), details on viewpoints, a list of the animation path, approximate length, time schedule for completion, and any other specific requirements.

Commercial models range from 1:50 to 1:150, Villa models from 1:30 to 1:100, Master Plan models from 1:200 to 1:500, Building models from 1:200 to 1:300, Industrial models from 1:50 to 1:200, and Interior models from 1:15 to 1:30.

We use high-strength ABS plastic, acrylic, metal, and plywood. Doors and windows use real transparent organic glass, and landscaping features handcrafted artificial plants.
