After-Sales capabilityThe supplier provides installation support, a stated five-year after-sales guarantee, and overseas debugging, maintenance, and repair services, with service coverage listed for the USA and Germany. However, complaint handling and corrective/preventive-action procedures have no written records, and the supplier lacks overseas branches, warehouses, and showrooms.
