AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates broad customization, ODM and OEM capabilities, including service for well-known brands. It reports recent new-product activity, nine R&D engineers, and equipment covering molding, wire drawing, machining, assembly, and related production processes. Export experience is established, with 19 years of exporting and self-operated import/export rights, while export sales account for 41%–50% of total sales. Operational strengths include in-stock capacity, stated lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season periods, multiple quotation and payment options, and four quality-control staff with four testing equipment units. However, several management controls are incomplete: manufacturing subcontractor contracts are not valid, service procedures and corrective-action processes lack records, no approved-supplier list is maintained, and warehouse quality procedures lack records. Overseas warehouse and showroom capabilities are absent, SDK availability is explicitly...

Supplier typeThe supplier operates as a manufacturer with its own production-related facilities and offers both ODM and OEM services. Evidence includes injection molding, wire drawing, machining, assembly equipment, OEM service for well-known brands, and self-operated import/export rights.

CertificationsThe company description states that the supplier passed a National Ministry of Industry and Information Product Certification and Identification process and received a High-tech Enterprise in Jiangxi Province identification certificate. The information does not provide complete certification names, validity periods, or current status for all certificates.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, ODM capability, nine R&D engineers, and a role focused on making samples to customer requirements. It also reports provincial scientific and technological recognition, but has no available SDK, so innovation capability is supported in product development while technical-platform capability is limited.

Production capacityProduction capability is supported by in-stock capacity, equipment spanning molding, wire drawing, machining, wire cutting, lathing, and assembly, four quality-control staff, and four testing-equipment units. Reported lead time is within 15 working days in both peak and off-season periods, although the absence of valid contracts with associated subcontractors creates a documented manufacturing-control weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its R&D engineers make samples according to customer requirements, directly supporting the stated customization scope.
