Q:How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 15 days if the production line is not busy. For large quantity order, it may need 25 days if the production line is busy. But for urgent orders, we can shorten the lead time for customer.

Q:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but the cost of freight will be bear by customer. We will refund the shipping fee if you make an order.

Q:What is your terms of payment?

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance against B/L copy, LC at sight, etc.
