After receiving the deposit, we process the order. We usually need 15-25 days if items are not in stock. Before production finishes, we contact you for shipment details and balance payment. Once payment is settled, we prepare the shipment.
Q:How do you handle defective products?

We provide replacement. If there are defective items, we usually credit the customer or replace them in the next shipment.
