AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryJiangxi Westar Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. is identified as a China-based manufacturer/factory and limited company offering car accessories, with business activities also covering lighting, electronic components, auto parts, and related products. It reports OEM service for popular brands, customization from samples and designs, and approximately 90% export sales across multiple global markets. However, the supplier launched no new products in the past year, has no available SDK, and provides no evidence of effective quality-control traceability, written complaint-handling procedures, or corrective/preventive-action records. The audit information is from TUV Rheinland, but the stated evaluation result is 0 and the report validity ended on April 1, 2025. Financial information is present for 2021–2023, but no financial performance details are provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe company states that it aims to provide best after-sales service, but the quality-service records show no written procedures or records for customer complaint handling or corrective and preventive actions. The stated service commitment is therefore not supported by documented mechanisms.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports 6–10 years of total R&D-engineer experience, but it launched no new products during the past year and has no available SDK. These records show some R&D personnel experience but do not establish strong current innovation output.

Production capacityThe supplier identifies itself as a manufacturer/factory, reports order fulfillment within 15 working days in both off-peak and peak seasons, and serves broad export markets. However, annual output is stated as below the provided threshold, and quality-control test equipment quantity is 0, which indicates a significant limitation in documented production-quality infrastructure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, and minor customization, and it reports OEM service for popular brands. These statements provide direct evidence of customization and OEM capability, although no scope, capacity, or performance details are supplied.
