Sample lead time is about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation. Sample fee without printing is 0$ before placing order. Sample with printing is about 80-100$ before placing order, but refunded after order amount is over 800$. Sample delivery by Express (Fedex, DHL, etc) is normally 30-50 USD.
