Q:Which payment methods are accepted?
A:
We accept Irrevocable L/C, Cash, PayPal, Credit card, T/T, and Western Union. For LC orders, 100% TT advance payment is required. For T/T, a 30% deposit is needed with the 70% balance paid before shipment.
Q:What is the normal lead time for orders?
A:
Prototype/first article lead time is 1-2 weeks. If tooling is involved, production tooling takes 10 days. Average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks. Standard delivery time is 10-20 days after payment.
Q:What is the standard packing method?
A:
Goods are packed in carton boxes and loaded onto pallets. For air delivery, strong cartons with packing belts are used. For sea delivery, cartons are packed on strong pallets. Special packing methods can be accepted upon request.
Q:Do you use international standards for rubber products?
A:
Yes, we mainly use ASTM D2000 to define rubber material quality, with tolerances per ISO3302 and ISO2768. We also have compounds approved by UL, FDA, KTW, WRAS, and others.
Q:Can you supply different color materials?
A:
Yes, we can produce custom molded rubber and silicone rubber products in different colors. The color code must be specified when placing an order.
