This hydraulic single-piece screw flight forming machine is used to cold-form single-piece spiral flights for screw conveyors and augers. It can produce both left-hand and right-hand flights.
Q:What kind of material can be processed?
A:
It works for carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate and wear-resistant steel plate within allowable thickness range.
Q:Does it need heating for steel plate during forming?
A:
This is cold forming process. No heating is required for raw steel plate before forming.
Q:How to get different sizes of screw flights?
A:
Different sets of replaceable moulds are required. By changing moulds, the machine can produce screw flights with different outer diameter, inner bore and pitch.
