What are your payment terms?

1. T/T 30% deposit for producing, balance paid before shipment. 2. T/T 30% deposit for producing, balance paid after seeing the copy of B/L. The shipping charge need to prepay from us.

How many days do you need to produce for an order?

We are a factory in Chaozhou, China.

Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is Feng'er Industrial Zone, Guxiang Town, Chaoan County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China. About 1 hours from Chaoshan Airport. We are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q:What is your MOQ for each mould?

We don't have MOQ requirement for black or white color. That mean if you required one piece for each our mould in white or black color, yes, we can make that.

Q:Can I buy 1 piece to our house or showroom?

Yes, we welcome your order with any quantity. But if you buy one piece, we have to ship them by DHL, Fedex or UPS. We most worried that the expensive air charge will kill us.

Q:Do you have any other options to solve the shipping problem if it's without good order quantity?

We advise you may buy it with our other goods. Shipping company required 3cbm quantities, if your order quantity can reach, we can pack them in one or two pallet. This will save some charge from shipping part.
