Q:Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are the manufacturer, but we also have a trading company for export. Our factory was founded in 1997, has a 30,000 square meter area, 300 employees, 20+ advanced production lines, and a highest standard dust-free workshop.

Q:What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1*20GP Container, but not always. For new customers we have some tolerance. For OEM service, the MOQ is based on the quality you request, such as whether you need your own design for the back sheet or special specification requests.

Q:What is your delivery date?

For standard size, the delivery date is about 5-15 days after receipt of payment. For OEM service, it takes about 20-30 days to adjust production lines and complete the order.

Q:What are your payment terms?

30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.

Q:Can I get free samples?

Yes, free samples can be offered. You just need to pay the express fee, or you can provide your account number from an international express company like DHL, UPS & FedEx, along with your address and telephone number. Alternatively, you can call your courier to pick up at our factory directly.
