Q:Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are the manufacturer, but we also have a trading company for export. Our factory was founded in 1997 and is an early manufacturer in China with adult diapers and a series of sanitary products production lines.

Q:What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1*20GP Container, but not always. For new customers we have some tolerance. For OEM service, the MOQ is based on the quality you request, such as whether you need your own design for the back sheet or have special specification requests.

Q:What is your delivery date?

For standard size delivery date is about 5-15 days after receipt of payment. For OEM service, it is about 20-30 days to adjust production lines and complete the order.

Q:What are your payment terms?

30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.

Q:Can I get free samples?

Yes, free samples can be offered. You just need to pay the express fee, or you can provide your account number from an international express company like DHL, UPS & FedEx, or call your courier to pick up at our factory directly.
