Q:What material can GF orbital pipe cutting machine process?
A:
Mainly for 304, 316L sanitary stainless steel tube, also suitable for duplex steel, carbon steel, titanium alloy and copper tube. It is widely used for thin-wall stainless clean pipeline.
Q:Does it deform thin wall stainless tube during cutting?
A:
No. GF planetary orbital cold cutting with multi-point self-centering clamp, evenly distribute clamping force. No ovalization, no pipe deformation, perfect for thin-wall sanitary tubing. Cold cutting without heat affected zone.
Q:What is the cutting quality? Burr-free? Square cut?
A:
Yes. It produces perfectly square 90 degree end face, clean cut with minimal burr. Ready for orbital welding directly, greatly reduce later grinding work.
Q:What is your cutting OD range and wall thickness?
A:
We have multiple GF models covering different OD range. Please advise your pipe outer diameter and wall thickness, we will recommend the correct GF model for you.
Q:Is this machine portable for site installation or only workshop use?
A:
Portable design, can work both in pipe prefabrication workshop and on-site pipeline installation. Quick setup and easy clamping.
