We offer free samples for our own models. For ODM, there is a hand sample cost. If you have paid a deposit for the order, the sample will be offered for free.

It depends on the order amount. Usually, 7-15 days for OEM orders in 3000pcs. For other OEM orders, it will be 40-60 days.
