A:
The complete set of Auto Scrubber takes about 4 minutes to finish the cleaning process.
Q:Does the machine require strict voltage control?
A:
Standard voltage in China is 380V/50Hz. If customers choose different voltage or frequency, we can use Siemens motors with appropriate wires, cables, and steering gears.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
We offer a 3-year extended warranty on the whole machine including all spare parts. Damaged parts are replaced free of charge, but warranty excludes courier costs and human damage.
Q:How is installation and after-sales service handled?
A:
You can buy from a local dealer for support. If no dealer is available, we can send a technician, but the customer bears travel costs (visa, airfare, hotel, meals) and a $100/day salary.
