A:
The complete set of Auto Scrubber takes about 4 minutes to clean a vehicle.
Q:Does the machine require strict voltage control?
A:
Standard voltage is 380V/50Hz. If customers choose different voltage or frequency, we can use Siemens motors with corresponding wires, cables, and steering gears.
Q:How is installation and after-sales service handled?
A:
If a local dealer is available, they provide support. Otherwise, we can send a technician for installation and training, but the customer bears all travel costs (visa, airfare, hotel, meals) and pays the technician $100/day.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
We offer a 3-year extended warranty on the whole machine including all spare parts. Damaged parts are replaced free of charge, but the customer pays for courier costs. Warranty is invalid for human damage.
