Based on circular motion, the motor or diesel engine drives the gear to the spindle and flat die, causing the clamping roller to rotate under friction. Under pressure, raw material is squeezed through die holes. The cutter adjusts pellet length, and material is flung to the discharge hole.

A:
Mainly used for crushed corn straw, sawdust, plant waste, bamboo powder, grass, sunflower stalk, straw, rice husks, forestry waste, wood chips, and chemical waste.
Q:What is the required moisture content for raw materials?
A:
For the KP-120A model, raw material moisture must be less than 10% before entering the machine. Other models may require moisture between 15-20%.
