COD pipe is highly flexible, pressure-resistant, and allows for long-distance cable blowing. It combines the strength of a corrugated outer shell with the smooth, low-friction interior of multiple sub-pipes.
Q:What materials are used in this production line?

The outer corrugated pipe is typically made of HDPE, while the inner micro-ducts are often made of HDPE with a silicon core (permanent lubricant layer) to reduce friction.
Q:How many inner ducts can one line bundle together?
A:
The configuration is flexible. Depending on the die head design, the line can produce bundles of 3, 4, 5, 7, or even 9 holes.
Q:How is the 'corrugation' formed on the outer pipe?
A:
COD bundle pipe production line includes a high-speed corrugator with a continuous chain of mold blocks. After the outer sheath is extruded over the inner bundle, vacuum pressure or compressed air shapes it into the mold.
