Standard door board extrusion line is designed for door widths between 600mm and 1200mm. We can customize the mold and calibrating table for wider panels if required.
Q:What is the main material ratio for WPC door boards?
A:
Typically consists of PVC resin (approx. 50-60%), wood powder (approx. 20-30%), and various chemical additives (stabilizers, foaming agents, and lubricants).
Q:How do you ensure the surface hardness of the door board?
A:
Hardness is controlled by the formulation (calcium content) and the cooling rate in the vacuum calibration table. Our high-efficiency cooling system ensures a 'skinning' effect that results in a hard, scratch-resistant surface.
Q:Is the WPC door board 100% waterproof?
A:
Yes. Unlike traditional MDF or solid wood, the PVC matrix encapsulates the wood fibers, making the final product waterproof, rot-proof, and anti-termite.
Q:How do you prevent the door board from warping or shrinking?
A:
We use a lengthened vacuum calibration table and a precise temperature control system to ensure the internal stresses are released evenly during the cooling process.
