Q:What types of products can this profile production line manufacture?
A:
Designed for various PVC profiles, including window and door frames, wall panels, ceilings, trunking, and decorative profiles. By changing the mold, the same line can produce different shapes.
Q:Why do you use conical twin-screw extruder instead of single-screw one?
A:
Conical twin-screws are ideal for PVC powder. They provide high output, uniform plasticization, and lower shear heat, which prevents the PVC from degrading.
Q:How do you ensure the dimensional accuracy of the profiles?
A:
We use high-precision vacuum calibration table and stable haul-off system to ensure the profile matches the mold dimensions exactly.
Q:Does the machine include mixing system for the raw materials?
A:
The profile extrusion line itself does not, but we highly recommend a hot/cold mixer to prepare the PVC resin with additives (stabilizers, TiO2, fillers) before feeding it into the extruder.
Q:Do you provide the chemical formulation (recipe) for the PVC profiles?
A:
Yes, we provide a basic starting formulation for various profiles. We can also help adjust your recipe based on your local raw material quality and cost requirements.
