Our standard total length is 460mm with an effective drilling depth of approximately 400mm, which covers most standard residential and commercial wall thicknesses. For thicker walls and foundation work, we also stock 500mm, 600mm, and 1000mm lengths. Custom lengths are available upon request.many of our OEM partners order specific lengths to match local building codes.

Wet drilling is strongly recommended for most professional applications, it extends bit life, suppresses harmful silica dust, and keeps the bit cool during prolonged use. We recommend wet bits for reinforced concrete and holes deeper than 150mm. Dry bits are suitable for outdoor jobs where water access is limited or for shallow, quick penetrations in brick and block. We manufacture both types and can help you select the right bond formulation for your specific application.

Laser-welded segments provide superior adhesion and thermal stability under continuous wet-drilling conditions, making them ideal for reinforced concrete and high-intensity professional use. Sintered (metal-bond) bits offer exceptional longevity, lasting 20 to 30 times longer than bonded diamond bits when used correctly ,and excel in very hard materials like granite and engineered stone.

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces for common sizes (16mm to150mm). For larger diameters (150mm to 300mm) or segmented that require new molds, the MOQ is typically 200 units. You can mix different diameters in one order as long as the total quantity meets the MOQ ,this is very common among our distributor partners who stock multiple sizes for local markets.

Absolutely. We encourage all new buyers to test samples first. We can send existing samples within 3 to 5 working days. Sample fees vary by size, small diameter bits (16 to50mm) are typically provided at cost price, while larger bits may be charged at the standard unit price. The sample fee can be refunded against your first bulk order. You only need to cover the shipping cost.
