Q:What are the payment terms?

For samples, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. For normal orders, we accept a 30% deposit by T/T, with the balance paid against the copy of the B/L. We prefer T/T.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

As we are a factory, we need an MOQ to start production, which is 10 sets for each model. If the total quantity is more than 100 sets, the MOQ can be adjusted. For custom-made automatic doors, the MOQ can be negotiated.
