We mainly produce ultrasonic welding, hot riveting, hot plate welding, vibration friction welding equipment, and non-standard automated production lines. We support full-size and full-process non-standard customization, and can design exclusive equipment and tooling based on your plastic product drawings.
Q:What are the payment terms for the equipment? What is the delivery cycle?
A:
A 60% deposit is typically required in advance. The remaining balance is due before shipment after the equipment has been manufactured and passed inspection. The delivery time for standard models is 30 days, and for customized non-standard production lines, it is 60 days.
Q:What packaging is used for the exported equipment? What happens if there is damage during transportation?
A:
The entire machine is packaged in a fumigated solid wood export crate, providing full rust and shock protection. If damage occurs during shipping, we will replace the damaged parts free of charge and provide technical assistance for repair.
Q:How is the equipment installed and debugged overseas, and what are the after-sales guarantees?
A:
We can arrange for engineers to conduct on-site debugging overseas, providing simultaneous full Chinese/English operation training; 24/7 online technical support, and lifetime supply of original spare parts.
Q:What is the equipment warranty period?
A:
The entire machine has a 1-year warranty, and key components such as the core generator and servo motor have a 12-month warranty. During the warranty period, non-human-caused damage to parts will be replaced free of charge.
