AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryTAIZHOU KAYOND MACHINERY CO., LTD. supplies forklift spare parts and has documented capabilities in quality assurance, raw-material traceability, 100% finished-product inspection, customization, ODM, and OEM for well-known brands. It reports inventory capability, service quotations across FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW, multiple payment options, and lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-seasons. However, several management procedures lack written records, overseas service infrastructure is absent, no new products were launched in the past year, and no SDK is available. The supplier has R&D documentation and AutoCAD/PS capability, but the available customer-case evidence is limited to one named buyer and shipment records involving India.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has procedures for corrective/preventive actions and customer complaints, but no written records; its supplier-service assessment procedure also has procedures without records. It has inventory capability and accepts several quotation/payment methods, but has no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, or showroom, indicating documented service-process gaps and limited overseas infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers ODM services, customization from samples and designs, and R&D activities supported by AutoCAD and PS. However, it launched no new products in the past year and has no available SDK; R&D audit documentation is available, but recent innovation output is not demonstrated.

Production capacityProduction-related evidence includes quality assurance, raw-material traceability, 100% finished-product inspection, inventory capability, 20 qualified service-capability suppliers, and stated lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-seasons. The outsourcing procedure and manufacturing-capacity contract status are unknown, so the full production structure is not verifiable.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and designs, ODM services, design drawings using software, technical support during production, and product specifications for client approval. These records directly support a positive customization capability assessment.

Client casesThe supplier reports OEM service for well-known brands, and transaction records identify SARAI INDUSTRIES as a buyer for forklift spare-part shipments associated with India and Shanghai. The evidence demonstrates at least one named buyer relationship, but provides limited case detail and does not identify the well-known OEM customers.
