To ensure safe transit, we employ robust packaging. This includes professional anti-rust treatment for precision surfaces, protection of protruding components with custom covers, securing doors with internal supports to prevent deformation, and final packaging in sealed moisture-proof bags within sturdy plywood cases.

We provide a standard warranty for materials and workmanship. The specific warranty period and coverage details are outlined in the sales contract. Our goal is to resolve any legitimate warranty claims promptly and effectively.

We commonly operate on a T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) basis. Standard terms involve an advance payment to initiate the order, with the balance due before shipment. Other terms may be negotiable for large projects.

The process typically involves: 1) Receiving your official Purchase Order (PO). 2) Issuing a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review. 3) Upon your confirmation and advance payment as per the PI, we will schedule the production and delivery.
