Q:Is this cylinder interchangeable with AirTAC SC series?
A:
Yes. EASUN ESC series follows ISO 15552 standard dimensions identical to AirTAC SC series mounting holes, port sizes, stroke lengths, and piston rod threads are fully interchangeable.
Q:What is the difference between FA and FB mounting?
A:
FA (Front Flange): flange plate is on the piston rod side (front end). FB (Rear Flange): flange plate is on the rear end (cap side). Both provide rigid mounting; choose based on your equipment's mounting space and load direction.
Q:How does the adjustable air cushion work?
A:
Both end caps have a cushion needle valve. Turning the screw clockwise reduces cushion air flow (firmer stop), counterclockwise increases flow (softer stop). Proper adjustment eliminates end-of-stroke banging and extends cylinder life.
Q:What magnetic switches are compatible?
A:
The built-in magnetic ring is compatible with: CS1-F (strap type for tie-rod cylinders), CS1-U (slot type), D-A93 (for SMC style), D-M9B. Switches mount on the barrel or tie rod and detect piston position.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
12 months from date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions (filtered air, within pressure/temperature range).
