AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates broad customization and R&D/ODM capabilities, including new product development during the past year and OEM service for well-known brands. It operates needling, heating, forming, and cutting facilities, with two production lines, fewer than five quality-control staff, and stated export experience of 11 years. Quality assurance and raw-material traceability are reported, but several control activities lack written procedures or records, including complaint handling, service corrective actions, and finished-product inspection records. Overseas infrastructure is limited: no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, or branches are reported. Financial information is present for 2020–2022, but the slices do not provide sufficient evidence to assess financial strength. Customer references are not explicitly identified.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturer operating needling, heating, forming, and cutting facilities and two production lines. Its product scope includes commercial lighting, pendant lamps, felt products, storage products, pet products, and lampshades, while its main export markets are South America, Europe, and North America.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products during the past year and offers ODM services, indicating active product-development capability. It also provides multiple design-based customization options, although no SDK is available.

Production capacityThe supplier operates four named facility functions and two production lines, reports felt-lamp output of 100,000 pieces, and states an off-season lead time within 15 workdays and a peak-season lead time of one month. Quality-control staffing is fewer than five people, and the manufacturing plant area is stated as 100.0 m², so capacity appears established but relatively limited in scale.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. These capabilities are reported both under R&D/design services and under the supplier’s design-services capability.
