Q:What is the delivery time for standard compressors?
A:
Generally 15 days for standard air compressors with stocks (380V/50Hz/3ph). Special customizing compressors take 30 days for screw, 90 days for diaphragm and reciprocating process gas compressors.
Q:What is the warranty period for the gas compressor?
A:
Usually 1 year (12 months) for the whole machine and 2 years (24 months) for the air end, excluding maintenance spare parts. Further warranty can be provided if necessary.
Q:How long can the air compressor be used?
A:
Generally, the compressor can be used for more than 10 years.
Q:Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
A:
Yes, we have around two decades of OEM experience and can also provide ODM services.
Q:What are the accepted payment terms?
A:
