Q:Where is your factory located and do you have a showroom?

KF Casa is located in Longjiang, Shunde District, Foshan, about 1.5 hours from Guangzhou. We have a 2-floor showroom covering 8,000 square meters with over 100 styles.
Q:What is your MOQ and can I order a sample?
A:
There is no strict MOQ. The minimum order is 1 piece based on EXW terms, or 20'GP based on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.
Q:How does payment work?
A:
We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods.
Q:Can you customize my own design?
A:
Yes, we can manufacture special designs or customize our own designs to suit your needs. We can customize size, upholstery material, and frame, supported by our R&D department.
Q:How long will delivery take?
A:
Normally it takes around 40 to 60 days, but we can adjust based on your shipping schedule.
