It is suitable for powdery, granular and small lump bulk materials such as grains (rice, corn, wheat), food ingredients (sugar, flour, coffee beans), chemical raw materials, plastic pellets, fertilizer and feed. Not recommended for highly sticky or stringy materials.

Q:Will the material be damaged during conveying?

No. Buckets run continuously at low speed; material falls naturally into the bucket and discharges by gravity without squeezing or impact, effectively protecting fragile materials and pellet integrity.

Q:Is customization available?

Yes. Lifting height, horizontal section length, number/position of inlets and outlets, materials (carbon steel/SS304/SS316/powder-coated/ABS) and motor types (energy-saving/VFD/explosion-proof) can all be customized to suit different working conditions

Q:How to clean and maintain?

Removable observation windows allow easy status inspection; the segmented housing design enables disassembly for maintenance. Stainless steel (food-grade) models can be directly washed with water, meeting hygiene requirements in food and pharmaceutical industries.

Q:Does the equipment take up much space?

No. The Z-shaped design integrates horizontal conveying and vertical lifting into one unit, replacing three separate machines (conveyor + elevator + conveyor). It is ideal for space-constrained plants and multi-station integration, effectively saving floor space.
