Large Throughput Continuous Feed Linear Vibrating Screen for Quarry Screening

A linear vibrating screen is excited by two vibrator motors and moves material in a straight line along the screen surface, ideal for fine, high-precision classification. A circular vibrating screen uses a single motor driving eccentric blocks in a circular motion, better suited to coarse-to-medium materials with large throughput. The choice depends on material characteristics and process requirements.

The applicable particle size range is generally 0.074 mm to 10 mm, covering fine powders up to medium-sized granules.

It is suitable for materials with a moisture content below 7% and with low or no stickiness. For high-moisture or easily caking materials, other machine types or pre-drying is recommended.

Replacement cycles depend on material abrasiveness and operating intensity, typically ranging from hundreds to thousands of hours. The mesh is fixed by a tensioning device: release the clamping unit, remove the old mesh, and install a new one. One operator can complete the job within 30 minutes.

Throughput depends on the model, number of decks, material density, and screening accuracy. Common models handle from several tons to dozens of tons per hour. The model can be selected according to your required production capacity.
