AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryKepler (Putian) Import & Export Co., Ltd. is identified as a China-based limited company with manufacturing and trading descriptions, offering compressors, electric compressors, and air conditioners. It reports production capacities of 500,000 condenser units, 300,000 electric compressors, and 100,000 electric water pumps, with 90% of sales reportedly exported to multiple regions. Its customization capability is explicitly described as flexible. However, the supplier reports no available SDK, only one R&D engineer, and no new products launched in the previous year. After-sales service controls are weakly evidenced because no written procedures or records were reported for service evaluation, approved suppliers, corrective actions, or complaint handling. Certification, financial credibility, and customer-case evidence are insufficient for a positive assessment. Audit information identifies BV and an audit period from March 15, 2024 to March 14, 2025, but the stated evaluation result of 0 is not explained.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as a manufacturer/factory and also as a trading company. It is a China-based limited company in Fujian, with products including compressors, electric compressors, air conditioners, and related import-export activities; therefore, its operating profile combines manufacturing and trading functions.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or followed records for effective service-capability assessment, no approved-suppliers list, no corrective and preventive action procedures or records, and no written complaint-handling procedures or records. These are explicit deficiencies in documented after-sales and service-management controls.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no available SDK, only one R&D engineer, and no new products launched in the previous year. Although these data do not describe every aspect of innovation, they explicitly indicate limited evidenced R&D and product-development capability.

Production capacityReported annual productivity is 500,000 condenser units, 300,000 electric compressors, and 100,000 electric water pumps. The supplier also reports 6–10 R&D engineers and 6–10 quality-control staff, providing explicit evidence of defined production output and supporting personnel capacity.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly states that it provides flexible customization and offers design services. This directly supports a positive assessment of its stated customization capability.
