Our PE sheath compound is mainly designed for ADSS overhead optical fiber cable, also applicable for other communication overhead cables outer jacket. We supply MDPE, HDPE, LLDPE series grades to match different cable structure designs.
Q:What is anti-tracking performance, and why important for ADSS cable?
A:
Overhead ADSS cables work under high voltage electromagnetic environment. Anti-tracking polyethylene compound prevents conductive tracking path formed on sheath surface, avoid cable aging failure, greatly improve operation safety for long-distance overhead communication projects.
Q:Can you customize colors and special formulations?
A:
Yes. We supply standard black anti-UV grade, and customizable color polyethylene sheath compound with anti-UV package. We can adjust melt index, tensile strength, ESCR property according to your cable technical specification.
