A:
We provide three mainstream series: halogen-free flame retardant type, eco-friendly flame retardant type, non-flame retardant ordinary type, and support customized formula development.
Q:What is the recommended extrusion temperature of TPU cable compound?
A:
Standard recommended temperature: Zone 1: 130C, Zone 2: 140C, Zone 3: 145C, Zone 4: 150C, Zone 5: 155C, Head: 160C, Die: 160C. We will provide detailed parameter sheet along with samples.
Q:What are the storage requirements for TPU pellets?
A:
Adopt 25kg moisture-proof packaging, store in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse; long-term stored materials need drying at 75C for 3 hours before use, shelf life is 1 year.
