Mainly for indoor optical fiber cable, drop cable, suspension cable, tight sleeve, loose sleeve, filling rope and outer sheath of long-distance optical cable. Different grades for anti-UV, low-friction and filling purpose.

Q:Can you customize the formula for our cable project?

Yes. We can adjust oxygen index, friction coefficient, UV resistance, mechanical performance according to your cable drawing and test requirements. ODM & sample trial available.

Q:What is your recommended extrusion temperature range?

Suggest extruder zone temp: 120-170C, head & die 170C. Please refer to our technical datasheet for detailed processing parameter.

Q:What storage requirement for this LSZH polyolefin compound?

25kg moisture-proof bag. Store in cool dry ventilated warehouse. Long-time storage need drying under 75C for 3 hours. Shelf life 12 months.

Q:What test standard do your products comply with?

Tested according to GB/T 1033, GB/T 1040, GB/T 2406, IEC 60754-2, ASTM E662 etc. We can provide complete test report.
