The recommended A:B ratio is 95:5 by weight. Please blend them thoroughly before feeding into the hopper.
Q:What are the recommended extrusion temperatures?
A:
Zone 1 is 120+/-10C, Zone 2 is 140+/-10C, Zone 3 is 160+/-10C, Zone 4 is 160+/-10C, Neck is 160+/-10C, and Head is 160+/-10C.
Q:How long does the cross-linking process take?
A:
For steam curing at approximately 90C, the cross-linking is completed in about 4 hours for a test piece thickness of 1mm.
