Our customized sheath materials cover power cables, photovoltaic cables, rail transit signal cables, marine cables, automobile harness cables, communication data cables, mining cables, elevator cables and construction control cables. We adjust formula targets according to your final cable usage environment.
Q:Can you develop sheath material according to our technical specification?

Yes. We support full customization including raw material formulation, hardness, color, flame retardancy, oil resistance and anti-aging performance. Please provide your cable working conditions, required test standards and extrusion equipment parameters.
Q:Do you provide samples for lab testing?
A:
Kepuda owns an advanced internal testing laboratory. We can carry out physical property test, thermal performance test, electrical test, flame retardant test according to EN 50399, GB/T 31247, GB/T 17651 and other standards to verify material performance.
Q:What is your lead time for bulk orders?
A:
Normally 10-15 working days after receiving the deposit and confirmed technical requirements. Negotiable for large long-term orders.
