Q:What is the sample policy?

We prepare quality samples free of charge. For first-time cooperation, postage is at customer's cost or arrange pick up. After order confirmation, we will refund it. In next cooperations, it's at our cost.

Q:How long does it take to get strike offs?

For dyed fabric, we finish in 3-5 business days. For printed fabric, we make computer artworks for approval first then send strike offs in 7-10 business days before bulk production.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity?

Knitted Fabric: 500KGS per color, 1500KGS per design of 3 colors. Woven Fabric: 1500MTS per color, 5000MTS per design of 3 colors. Any smaller quantity is also welcomed!

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We accept TT and L/C at sight. Other payment terms can be negotiated.

Q:How is the product packed?

Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving polybag outside or as customers' requirement. Usually 20KG per Roll Packing, Bale Packing or Tube Packing.
