AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates across manufacturing, wholesale, sales, and import/export activities, including doors and windows, plastic products, construction metal fittings, furniture components, hardware, and related products. It demonstrates broad customization and ODM/OEM capabilities, has introduced new products in the past year, and reports one national science and technology progress award. ISO9001:2015 certification and documented procedures support quality and service management. Overseas business is substantial, with 71%–90% of sales from exports, but the supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, and has not participated in offline trade shows. Financial records are indicated for 2022–2024, but no detailed financial results are provided. Customer evidence includes OEM service for well-known brands, though there is no Fortune 500 cooperation and no specific customer names or case details.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturer and trader with business activities covering doors and windows, plastic products, construction metal fittings, furniture components, hardware, metal products, building materials, mechanical and electronic products, and import/export. This indicates a diversified manufacturing and distribution profile rather than a narrowly specialized supplier.

CertificationsThe supplier holds an ISO9001:2015 management-system certificate. Product compliance certification is recorded only as “Others,” so the available evidence supports management-system certification but does not establish specific product-standard coverage.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented procedures and records for service-capability assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint handling. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, which may limit localized overseas support; overall, formal service processes are evidenced, while the full breadth of after-sales coverage is not.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides ODM services, has received one national science and technology progress award, and employs two R&D engineers. It does not have an available SDK, but the documented product-development and award evidence supports innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier identifies cutting machines, two punching machines, and a test stand, and its scope includes manufacturing and processing of doors and windows, plastic products, construction metal fittings, and furniture components. It reports a one-month average lead time in both peak and off-season periods, but production capacity or output volume is not stated.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also provides ODM services, giving direct evidence of broad product-design and customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands, which is positive customer-experience evidence. However, it reports no cooperation with Fortune 500 companies and provides no customer names, project descriptions, or verifiable case details, so the depth of its customer portfolio remains limited in the available evidence.
