Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of export experience. We also have our own factory with more than 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories.
Q:How do you control quality?
A:
We use certified raw materials from big companies, test them upon arrival, provide weekly production detail reports, and welcome factory visits or SGS/TUV inspections. For orders over 50k USD, we cover inspection costs. We hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What are your trading terms?
A:
We accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. Usually, payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. We offer discounts for large quantities.
Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:
It takes one week for samples. Mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depending on order quantity.
