Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We have a professional export team with over 16 years of export experience focusing on home decoration products. We also have our own factory with over 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories such as locks, handles, hinges, and rollers.
Q:How do you control product quality?
A:
First, we buy raw materials from big companies that provide certificates and test them upon arrival. Second, we provide detailed production reports every Monday. Third, you are welcome to visit or ask SGS/TUV to inspect the goods (we cover this charge for orders over 50k USD). Fourth, we hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What are your trading and payment terms?
A:
We accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. Usually, payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. We offer discounts for large quantities.
Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. The low MOQ for sample orders is 1000 pieces.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Sample time is one week. Mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depending on the order quantity.
