Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of export experience focusing on home decoration products. We also have our own factory with more than 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories.
Q:How can we trust you can control the quality well?
A:
First, we source raw materials from big companies with certificates and test them upon arrival. Second, we provide detailed production reports every Monday. Third, you are welcome to visit or ask SGS or TUV to inspect the goods. If the order is more than 50k USD, we cover the inspection charge. Fourth, we hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What is your trading term?
A:
We can accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. As usual, our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. We offer discounts for large quantities.
Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q:What about the lead time?
A:
Sample lead time is one week. Mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depending on order quantity.
