We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of experience in home decoration products and our own factory with over 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories.
Q:How can we trust you can control the quality well?
A:
First, we source raw materials from big companies with certificates and test them upon arrival. Second, we provide weekly production detail reports. Third, you are welcome to visit or ask SGS or TUV to inspect the goods (charges covered for orders over 50k USD). Fourth, we hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What is your trading term?
A:
We can accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. As usual, our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. We offer discounts for large quantities.
Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q:What about the lead time?
A:
It takes one week for samples. Mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depending on order quantity.
