We have a professional export team with over 16 years of experience and our own factory with over 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories.
Q:How can we trust your quality control?
A:
We source raw materials from certified companies and test them upon arrival. We provide weekly production detail reports, welcome factory visits, and third-party inspections by SGS or TUV. For orders over 50k USD, we cover inspection costs. We hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What are your trading and payment terms?
A:
We accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. Usually, we require 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. Discounts are available for large quantities.
Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. A low MOQ of 1000 pcs is available for sample orders.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:
Sample production takes one week. Mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depending on the order quantity.
