Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of experience focusing on home decoration products. We also have our own factory with more than 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories such as locks, handles, hinges, and rollers.
Q:How can we trust you can control the quality well?
A:
First, we source raw materials from big companies that provide certificates and test them upon arrival. Second, we provide detailed production reports every Monday. Third, you are welcome to visit our factory or ask SGS or TUV to inspect the goods; if the order exceeds 50k USD, we cover the inspection charge. Fourth, we hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What is your trading term?
A:
We accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. Usually, our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. We also offer discounts for large quantities.
Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q:What about the lead time?
A:
It takes one week for samples. Mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depending on the order quantity.
